Your details and your poster

Karate Culture saves your name, email, WhatsApp number, Instagram username and category when you submit your poster registration. Contact details are available only to the site owner and never appear on the poster.

Your registration is not a subscription to marketing messages. To ask about photography coverage, use the WhatsApp button. It opens a conversation with Karate Culture; you choose whether to send a message. Asking about coverage is not a purchase or a booking.

When you create an illustration, your photo is sent to OpenAI to produce it. Only use a photo that you own or have permission to use. The site does not keep a gallery of uploaded photos or generated posters.

When sharing, you choose the app and complete the post there. This website does not access your Instagram account or publish on your behalf.

To request deletion of your registration or ask about your data, contact Karate Culture on WhatsApp. The site owner can remove your record from the private contacts area.
